This'll make you camp out on the church doorstep tonight!

Earlier this a.m., I posted some of the worshipful verses that come up in this Sunday's lessons.

I also tweeted, wall posted and otherwise circulated them. On Facebook, they were getting Amens and Alleluias.

My seminary roommate, Fr. Bill Ortt (now Rector of Christ Church, Easton, MD) posted a link to this video... don't scare your parish when you show up singing.

During Lent this year I attended the Iglesia Bautista Internacional in Santo Domingo, one Wednesday. We sang, When I survey the wondrous cross, in Spanish using the Hamburg tune, which I see has been deleted from the 1979 hymnbook, with keyboard, drums, trumpet and etc. It was spectatular.

Caught myself looking for the "like" button. (Been hanging out on Facebook too much!)

They sing this one at Christ Church, Plano and it sounds almost as good as far as the band and vocal group, etc., however I wish more of the congregation would "enter in."
