How long will we keep up a war without a timetable or a chance to win?

Greg Belfrage of KELO AM here in Sioux Falls pointed out that this is another anniversary of President Johnson's declaration of "War on Poverty."

In the interest of fairness, I link to NPR's report. They note that poverty rates have remained the same during the duration of this war.
