Not sure if I should laugh or cry

If Paul’s Epistle to the Galatians was Published in Christianity Today - The Sacred Sandwich

Great satire (laugh) but all too true (cry)...

"My advice to Mr. Apostle is to stick to spreading the gospel message of Christ’s unconditional love, and quit criticizing what God is clearly blessing in other churches."

The "comments" about Paul D. Apostle's letter are excellent examples of satire. I recall being told once by someone in a dog collar that satire was an evil form of humor. I think they believed that satire was not in keeping with respecting the dignity of others or some such reasoning.

Yes, most of the Apostolic witness would have been prevented by the TEC "baptismal covenant" game. Maybe we should look for a prophetic application of I Corinthians 1:17!

I wear the collar and I love good satire!Yet alas, that makes me one of the folks that is mired it darkness, well I have plenty of company! :) I loved the article and found it brilliant! As far as the 'baptismal covenant' it's funny that we can have a covenant, but the Anglican Communion can't have one. Perhaps it's because TEC is afraid that it will be used as a weapon like we use the baptismal covenant.
