Sen. Tim Johnson (D - SD) has joined a bipartisan group of Senators seeking to form a comprehensive national energy policy. The group includes U.S. offshore oil drilling as part of its plan.
The original group, called the "Gang of Ten," is led by Sen. John Thune (R - SD).
