Deacon Phil Snyder - some good ideas for a way through the mess

Deacon Phil Snyder is in the Diocese of Dallas. I had the pleasure of dinner with him one night when a business trip brought him to Sioux Falls.

Check out his gracious and practical ideas for how Anglicans/Episcopalians might stop the ugly fighting and walk apart without malice.

I'm glad that you and Deacon Phil got to meet and talk over dinner. I enjoy his often thoughtful comnments over at Stand Firm.

As you probably know, Tim+, Phil and I sometimes disagree. I wholeheartedly support the CCP and the "outside strategy." Whereas he, like Bp. Stanton of Dallas, his boss, supports the "inside strategy."

But we're all on the same team in the end. The orthodox Anglican team. And the more personal networking of the type you two just did that happens, the better. I'd love to have dinner with him myself.
