I guess "small" is in the eye of the beholder. But it's still a great coup for Sioux Falls.
I now live in Richmond, where the metropolitan population exceeds that of the whole state of SD, and yet Richmond might be considered small in comparison to much larger cities. But this Forbes report makes me proud of my hometown.
